I ordered pens on October 18th. After a few weeks, was informed that the pens I ordered were out of stock, so I allowed a substitution. On November 13th, was told my order would ship in a few days. Today, November 18th, I was informed that my order wouldn’t ship until November 25th! My staff holiday party is on December 1st, and now I won’t have gifts for them. This is completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this company nor will I ever use them again. I feel that I have been lied to during the entire process. The only thing done on time is them charging my credit card on November 4th.

Do not order from this company!! I placed an order and they gave me a price quote from the website just under $143. A week later I get an email to approve the final artwork to go to production and I checked the price to make sure it was the same they originally gave me and it increased 150% over the original price quote.
I complained and the answer I got was, sorry we cannot honor that price, but we’ll give it to you for just under $250. If they give you a price quote, they should honor that price to be credible and also have integrity. As you can see, there’s no integrity in National Pen.
I have all documentation saved and willing to show.
please use a company that will stick to their prices and have integrity.

I have ordered pens a couple of times and it was great, however I ordered mugs and was sent a picture of them and the logo centered on each side of the mug, what I received is so off center and look awful. I paid fir professional looking mugs, the logo is correct but the placement is way off and their customer service just can see anything wrong with the pictures I sent, my grandchild could have printed them better. They have lost a client and I cannot believe how rude they are, completely dissatisfied!!!!!
0 START - AVOID AVOID AVOID! GO LOCAL!
First order, delayed 3 months without notice. Arrived 4 months later for a promotion that was required 5 months prior.
Second change 6 months later, exchanged many emails with a Lina - disappears now for 2 weeks over email and unable to contact. Call customer service to discuss the issue, another incompetent staff member who cannot understand english enough to grasp what the issue is.
Customer service is beyond disgusting from this place.
Stick local, pay the extra its not worth saving the money. They are a Chinese Based company using international call centres with terrible service - its not worth the headache. They are truly rubbish.

ordered pens in Oct 2020 and received part of the order in Feb 2021. They supposedly voided the invoice since I did not receive all of it and it arrived 4 months later. So I ordered again, like a dummy. I paid for that order in full at the time it was placed. Apparently the order from Oct was not voided as I have been harassed with multiple daily phone calls to my business and my personal phone. In addition numerous threats through email to turn me over to a collection agency. All they have to do is look up my order history. It's all there but they would rather harass and threaten me for something I don't owe. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH NATIONAL PEN OR YOU WILL REGRET IT! What a horrible experience.
I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing! Looks like my order placed over 3 weeks ago is still another month + away from being received. Judging from the negative and like reviews, looks like it will be longer if at all. Lesson learned, ordering local next time. Ughh

I appreciate your response and I did speak with a manager. I was promised a refund, and that my order would also be shipped as a courtesy. However- I see that instead of a refund I have been charged yet again, so now twice for an order I have not received and was promised a refund. Please handle the refund, this is incredibly disappointing to see that I have been charged yet again.
I got a mailer sent to me with some “ to good to be true” prices on personalized bulk pens. I went on line and started filling out the information and got to the part to see how much they cost. The mailer was to good to be true so I decided not to purchase them. However I got a message that said Thank you for your order. Hold on..I did t order. I did t pay and they said your pens are on the way. In a panic I emailed them and said, No cancel this I am not interested and take me off your mailing list. Didn’t hear anything and I forgot all about it until a month later when I received a message letting me know my pens will be here by the end of the week. I re emailed them and said what was previously stated and told them to stop harassing me. I found a phone number and called. They told me I had the wrong email address. I said it was the only one provided and I am not interested in their scam. They asked if I would be willing to pay for them when I get them at a discounted price. I said No I am not at all interested. I said no one sends a product without payment and asked where I was calling. They said they were in Jamica. I said I reported them to ups and I do t want their product. She put me on hold and came back and said they would review my emails and get back to me in 24 - 48 hours. She said they would probably credit my account, I will find out in The email. I said I don’t have an account..she said yes you do when you ordered. I said I didn’t order. 72 hours later and no email. So I reported them to the FTC and was instructed by the mail carrier on what to do if it arrives. Ups could t help because of the way they ship their product. I am beyond mad at this point. What a scam they got going on. Ugh!

I called them back this morning to ask why no one got back to me. The man I spoke with let me know that they are overwhelmed with orders and he is sorry. He said it has been resolved and we discussed everything that took place from the beginning. Both sides are happy and agree with the outcome.
I placed a order in January. In February I called to see where my order was, the customer service rep said my order was running late. Now it is March 5th, still no order. I reason I placed a order in January was to have my company's pens for 2 upcoming events. March I found out the pens I ordered they could not get anymore!!! If I did not keep calling to check on my order from January I would not even get a call from this company! So than I talked with a customer service rep and placed a NEW order, using the payment that they took out in January, and today I received my order! (Finally) but the pens are not great quality. Took to long to get. Customer service is terrible and they had another bill in the box, for what was already paid The worse pen company out there. Beware! And don't be in a hurry. Bad communication to the people who order from them. Sorry :(.
Watch out doing business with this company. When ordering they tell you to allow for $19.95 set up fee, the shipping they rob you. I paid over $30 to ship 260 pens, plus they charged me tax on the shipping. It cost me over $60 extra which is half the cost of the pens. I called customer service with questions and to verify a few things about my order. The CUSTOMER SERVICE guy was clueless. He couldn't help me with any of my questions, Duh! So customer service sucks.
Order number # 42905176435 dated feb. 3rd. So one of your rules are is to honest. Let me get something straight I have been honest from the moment this order was mistakenly placed over 8 days ago. Now my question is why isn't your company can't be honest, and do what they say they are going to do. Or should I say Promise what they say they are going to do. Instead I am now sending back your merchandise and will NEVER do business with you company again.
Like I said in an email to your company already, a company business can grow or fail just with the word of mouth. Well wake up. Oh, by the way if I could leave no stars I would.

I used National Pen employee to help me out with products for my website . Soon after my site was corrupted and I lost use of it . I will never ever trust Jose again ....... ( Update) , the email your provided isn't valid what a surprise .
Order is apparently lost, even with a confirmation number, and I can barely understand the people in the call center because English is their second (or third?) language.
Not organized and not interested in satisfying the customer. After waiting 3 weeks for pens to give to customers over the holidays and wondering what happened to my order, it took me 2 more phone calls to find out that the pen color I ordered was back ordered. I changed the color of the pen and requested expediated service. Still took 2 weeks and received the pens on the 22DEC. Customer service offered $5.00 off my shipping ($100 order). I think they could have done better. Won't use this company again. Plenty of companies sell pens.
